Ok, pull up a chair, put on your best dress/suit and without further ado I’ll introduce you to your host for the evening, the inedible Jo Beaufoix. (That’s me.)
I am wearing these…
ok you have to blame English Mum for these as I won them in her caption competition…
If my boobs look enormous it’s the camera angle, honest, well ok, they’re not small but that’s what can happen when you have two kids. And yes, those are shells I’m wearing…
And I’m drinking this,
If you read yesterdays post you will know I have been a very lucky girl, and today I will be passing on the luck. Please read yesterdays post if you want to know where they came from. It would be far too confusuing to put all this in one post. Well for me it would be anyway, this has taken me ages…
Ok, our first category is ‘Rockin’ Blogger Awards.’
I won two, yippee, and the original one awarded to Little Mummy was a Rockin’ Girl Blogger award so I figure I could have one of those and a Rockin’Blogger award too.
So, for the ‘Rockin’ Girl Blogger Award’, the winners are,

1. English Mum. She rocks, she is funny and she writes funny poems.
2. I’m a Natural Blonde Please Speak Slowly… This lady lives in a world that I love getting a peep into. She writes well and makes me smile and dream.
3. Bellevelma at Running with Books. Funny, articulate and definitely rockin’.
For the Rockin’ Blogger award I give you:

1. Napoleon Fantastic. He’s a great blogger. He makes me laugh. And he’s also a fantastic songwriter and musician. So he truly rocks.
2. Alisdair at Man About the House. Funny, intuitive and intelligent.
3. Dumdad at The Otherside of Paris. He battles with earwigs. He drinks with Phil the thrill. He sings Cliff Richard Songs. What more could anyone ask for.
Rock on dudes and dudettes.
Next to take the stage are those who make friends, leave comments and visit time and time again, and make you wanna read more. The schmoozers.

1. Emily at Two Write Hands. That lady can write and boy can she schmooze.
2. Once again the fabulous Bellevelma at Running with Books who always comes out to play.
3. Alisdair at Man About the House who is a quality schmoozer and makes you feel wanted and respected.
What a nice man.
4. My gorgeous mate Ingenious Rose who is a schmoozy floozy and is making so many friends I think her blogroll will soon be off the page, but that’s because she’s a fine writer and very, very funny.
5. The incomparable Absolutely Bananas. She writes, we laugh, she visits, we laugh. Fantastic.
Right, our final category is the lovely ‘Creative Blogger Award.’

There are so many of you so this was really hard.
But the winners are,
1. Confessions of a Rotten Correspondent, who awarded this to Jen, Mya and myself, yet hasn’t got one herself. She is one creative lady. The things she can do with a thermometer and an elastoplast will make your eyes water. She’s funny, she’s fantastic and she’s lots of other great things beginning with F.
Love you loads RC. (hee hee, now it sounds like a real ceremony. Spread the lurrrve.)
2. Rachel at Englishmum. Look at her site. It’s so pretty There’s so much happening. You could hang out there for ages sometimes.
3. CamiKaos at Mommified Me. She makes me laugh. She looks at things differently. She sends postcards. She’s a star.
4. Emily at Two Write Hands. She does requests, she does interviews, she is a real ideas woman. She’s always coming up with something new and she makes the simple interesting.
5. And my final Creative Blogger award goes to Napoleon Fantastic. Read some of his stuff. It’s mad, funny, interesting, insightful and ridiculous at times. Brilliant.
So that’s it folks.
If you’re one of the lucky winners then copy and paste the award into your site and bask in the glory.
You can also pass them on if you want to.
See you all later. I’m off to the Aftershow Party. They have performing Monkfish and free elderberries.
Hooray.

Wow, thanks so much for the awards – how exciting… off now to dust off the old frock and tiara, and to prepare my speech! (I will still fit into that ballgown from 1989 won’t I?)

Awww…how sweet are you?? Thank you and your shells for thinking of me. Shells, huh? Is there a story behind this that you should share? Hmmm?

Thanks Englishmum, I’m sure you will fit into that 1989 ballroom, and you could display an award on each shoulder pad. Fabulous.
‘Tis a pleasure Absoulutely Bananas and Bellevelma.
Follow the link to Bellevelma’s ste Running With Books everyone, her post is hilarious.
Two Write Hands, you are very welcome and most gracious in your acceptance. Loved the questions you asked Art in your interview.
RC, the shells were from Englishmum’s Hawaiian themed party. I won a competition to write a caption for a funny photo, and these were my lovely prize. How lucky am I?
Heh heh.
