Roll over Van Gogh

While I’m in sunny Yarmouth, I thought I’d treat you to some fine and emotive art work, as displayed in the well known gallery, La Cuisine de Beaufoix.

Here is Miss M’s first solo attempt at a sticky picture.

I can tell you’re blown away.

The way the wine glass sits snuggly against the maize puff is just ingenious, and the three googly eyes looking towards the heart is surely indicative of her love for the three people who watch over her, Mr B. Miss E and myself of course…
You have to admit there is nothing random about this picture, right?

Ok,

wait a moment.

Compose yourself,

..and then when you feel you’ve recovered from the emotions of that last piece, move on..

This next exhibit was painted during Miss M’s Blue/Red period.
it is entitled, ‘Blue and Red in multi media’.

Isn’t it just stunning?

This is Miss M’s first excursion into proper paint, rather than simply using paint blocks and she rellished the experience.

I’d have to say I think she’s a natural…
See how she has created small circles by dripping strawberry ice lolly over the surface?

A true ‘Arteeest’.

And finally we come to the close of our small yet exquisite display.

This last piece is from almost 7 year old Miss E Beaufoix.

Her depiction of a Yarmouth mermaid using crepe paper and glitter paint moved me immensely.

The colour, the small flower clutched joyfully by our aqualine friend, and the essence of the ocean created simply by a large piece of green seaweed.

Sheesh my Kids are talented.

Hope you’re all ok.

Hope we’re all ok…

See you soon.

P.S. All sensible offers for the above Art Work will be duly considered.
