Bloggy bling time ladies and gentlemen.
Welcome.
Tonights award ceremony will be short and sweet as I have to pack.
So without further ado,

The unrivaled and stellar babe an English Mum bestowed on me the bodacious blog award duuuude.
No Way?
Yes Way.

Excellent.
So which of you outstanding duuudes has been most triumphant?
RC, Jen, Mya, Dumdad and 21st Century Mummy this one’s for you as we always have excellent times together.
Then the lovely RC awarded me this

And I’m hurling this at Cami, Bellevelma, Brillig, Corey, Akelamalu, and Leendaluu.
Kerssssplat.
And a special than you to Absolutely Bananas for this piece of bloggy bling which looks so pretty.
I feel all honoured and if you’ve checked out her blog you’ll know she’s hilarious.

I’m not passing this on though as it would have to say Jo Beaufoix Approved then and it doesn’t I don’t think it’s allowed.
Watch out for a new award in the future that I am creating though.
It’s been on my mind for a while and I’m going to do it.
********************************************************
And here are a couple of Beaufoix babe moments of cuteness from this morning that I will share with you before I go away.
Mr B is doing the pre-travel car check.
Air pressure, oil, screen wash etc.
Miss E is stood at the door watching.
Miss E: “Oh wow Daddy, I didn’t know you knew that much about cars.”

When Mr B comes in I say quietly,
“Oh gee Mr B, you’re like a mechanic.”
Mr B: “Can I help it if I’m a genius?”
Ahhh it was so cute, she sounded completely in awe of her daddy.
Hee hee.
And a Miss E and M moment…
Miss M: “Where Ganma daddy?”
Me: “Erm, what do you mean babe?”
Miss M: “Ganma got a daddy pillow.”
Me: “Ermmmm.”
Miss M: “Dare a daddy pillow an a mummy pillow on mummy bed. Where Granma daddy.”
Realisation kicks in.

Grandma has a double like us but there is only her in the bed.
Mr B’s dad died when M was just 6 months old.
He was a quiet, gentle man who doted on Miss E and I’m so glad he saw Miss M as there was a time we didn’t think this would happen.
E got out the photos and told her litte sister about Grampy…
Miss E: “He’s in heaven with Jazz (dog), Myron (cat) and Laura (gerbil) and all our great grans and grandads. He was funny. Say his name, Grampy, grampy.”
Miss M: “Ganpy.”
Miss E looks at me and we cheer.
It’s amazing what small chidren notice isn’t it??

Ok,
we’re off early in the morning to sunny Torquay.
There will be new posts everyday if my post timestamp alterations have worked so please come visit when you get the chance and I will look forward to reading your comments and visiting you all when we get back.
Big hugs.

Ah, Jo, you get some of the coolest awards! And thank you for the Bodalicious! I think I may now add that to my resume. “Jen is…BODALICIOUS”. I love it.
Good luck on the trip, and thank you for your lovely encouraging words!

Hey Jo,
Thanks so much for the bling – BODACIOUS, that’s me (how modest am I not?)
Now you concentrate on having a brilliant time in Torquay with your lovely hubbie and girls. Oh and MIL (how could I forget her!) All that lovely Devon fresh air and cream teas – ooh I’m so jealous. Have fun!

Hey Jo –
Have a great time in Torquay! Sounds so exotic from here down under….and I’m not even sure where it is.
It’s great how your kids can think you’re an expert and a star at everything you do. Having kids…..our only opportunity to be worshipped for a while (until they start to think we’re the biggest dorks in the universe)
Thanks for all your kind comments yesterday and I believe you about the stairs. really.
