Blog

We are back.

We are whole.

Murder was not committed though at times contemplated.

Torquay looked like this…

and this…

and this.

We found brazen pirates…

and hidden rooftop angels…

and it was ok…

In the next few days you can expect posts about discovering one of the most beautiful places we have ever seen.

The delights of the hotel and its, erm, entertainment…

(Think Fawlty Towers, Phoenix Nights, and Margarita Pracatan.)

And some cute animal pics.

Ahhhhh, you’re excited now aren’t you?

And there are poems to write/post, moments to share and general fun and frolicks with Misses E and M.

Sorry this is such a quick post but I have clothes to wash, shopping to do, and I’m out on the town tonight so I need to make myself look human again (Torquay water has done mad things to my hair.)

Thanks for all your lovely, gorgeous and fab comments, I’ve loved reading them.

See you all soon and make sure you have plenty of wine in.

;-D x

Glad you’re back, family intact. I will bring up that bottle of shiraz from the basement for, erm, the pasta sauce I’m making, and have a taste to make sure it’s not gone over. :D

Jo, you shamed me into getting my butt into gear and getting my own awards sorted out! I had your name on my list for over a week so please don’t think this is a tit for tat award after your generosity – far from it. In future I’m going to deal with them as they come – (she says ever hopefully that someone some where ever gives her another!) :)

Hope you’ll accept the award I’ve just posted for you at Kissing The Dogwood! :)
