Well, I’ll be safe forever if fwuffy hair is a protective device!
Great story.
October 29th, 2007 at 11:12 am
I think that would make a lovely children’s book – especially with the illustrations you’ve provided. =P She sure is precocious, eh?
October 29th, 2007 at 11:52 am
Yikes! I may not sleep tonight!
October 29th, 2007 at 12:10 pm
How cute is she? I didn’t realize she and Xander were so close in age! He’ll be 3 in January!
October 29th, 2007 at 12:14 pm
Tremendous story Miss M! Scared the socks offa me!
October 29th, 2007 at 12:15 pm
how sweet and scary.
October 29th, 2007 at 3:05 pm
RC, I am also safe. We curly hair folks need never be affeared of monsters.
Kimberley, that would be so cute…to be a published writer at two years old. Hee hee.
Momo, just fluff your hair up a bit. You’ll be fine.
Lori, Miss M is 3 on January 25th, so very similar to Xander. They’re so funny at this age aren’t they?
Cami, it is very scary isn’t it? I mean, it must have been a huge monster to eat a dragon, as well as Granny. Granny must have been the starter. ;D

LOL so far Sugar….a january babe as well, hasn’t really talked much of nightmares. I hope it stays that way. Heck who needs nightmares when a man who isn’t even there is pushing you, right? tee hee
October 29th, 2007 at 3:23 pm
so fluffy hair is good? I still owe you paypal cash. Canyou tell that I procrastinate?
October 29th, 2007 at 3:30 pm
Corey, the man pushing sugarbear is much more scary.
Hope you get that sorted.
Dapoppins, fluffy hair is good if you don’t want to be eaten by monsters and procrastination is good for the soul.

Does short hair that sticks straight up like a mohawk in the mornings count? Is that protective at all? Because that’s what I look like in the mornings. That and all the junk scattered about are all I’ve got for protection. Corey’s ghost story is still haunting me!
October 29th, 2007 at 4:17 pm
Hi Kate, and thanks. She is completely unaware of her talent. Hee hee.
Belle, mohawk hair is good. And Corey’s story left me completely freaked too. Shiver.

So, will her Granny be feeling proud of her grandaughter’s literary accomplishments, or a little unwanted?! …I’m guessing she’ll be avoiding wickle spiders and dark caves in future!
October 29th, 2007 at 6:39 pm
She is the cutest! She’ll be very glad you wrote this all down when she is older.
October 30th, 2007 at 1:28 am
Move over J.K. Rowling!
Great story but I’m now scared, very scared, as I don’t have hair, fwuffy or otherwise.
October 30th, 2007 at 2:40 am
Sounds like one of my nightmares. Have you been feeding her too much cheese again?
October 30th, 2007 at 4:31 am
English mum, I think it made Granny smile. Her and Miss M had a talk about it yesterday.
Mrs Weasley, I just wish I’d started when E was little as there’s so much you forget isn’t there?
Dumdad, you could always wear a very fluffy hat??
Napoeon, she does like cheese strings. Hmmm, maybe that’s it…

Scary and adorable at the same time. My hair is too straight to be fluffy. Goodness knows I’ve tried. I suppose I’ll just have to keep monster traps around the house for protection. Miss M doesn’t happen to know what one looks like, does she?
October 30th, 2007 at 9:16 am
It is a good sign that in her mind she found a way to be safe from the hungry monster.
I would, I fear, be monster lunch. My hair is straight…
October 30th, 2007 at 9:57 am
Jen and Susan, ’tis the season for big fluffy hats so don’t worry.
Oh, and I think Miss M’s monster probably looks a bit ike the Hoff…

Aw God Bless her little cotton sock, she’s such a sweetie!
October 30th, 2007 at 1:36 pm
It certainly put the wind up me. Which isn’t a good thing…

ooooooh I love it! So cute! I can hear her voice in the way you write!
October 30th, 2007 at 2:39 pm
Akela, I love this age. They say such funny things but copy serious adult tones.
Mya, let it out sweetie. What’s a little gas between friends?
Thanks Despina. I don’t want to forget how she talks as it is lovely.
