I am so excited I just have to share it.

My wonderful, gorgeous, crazy big sis’ has just finished the New York Marathon.

I am so proud of her.

I can’t imagine what she’s been through, but I bet she feels amazing now.

Bib No. : 27359

You did it!

Love you loads toots.
:D

Oh and Mrs Weasley reminded me.  Yay Paula Radcliffe.   My sister was actually at Loughborough Uni with Paula though she knew her husband better, so we’re so glad that Paula won.  And she only had her baby in January!  What an amazing athlete.

Congratulations! I’m sure you are also proud that the winner is a British Mum. I hope your sister will have a chance to see some of the city before she has to return. NY is WONDERFUL!! But then again, you have London, and London is WONDERFUL, too.

Belle I am just so proud of her. I managed to say a quick hello about and hour go and she was buzzing.

Avery, yay. She is a cool chick.

Mrs Weasley did you see Paula? Our hearts were in our mouths when the Ethiopian over took her, but she came right back at her and left her behind. It was amazing. And how cute was her baby at the end?
Claire has quite a few friends in New York, and Mr B’s been there too and they both love it. I hope to go there one day when the girls are older, if only to do the Sex and the City tour. :)

Did she have to stop half way around like Paula did to have a poo?

Kim, she is cool. She has jelly legs today, but she is cool.

Napoleon, you just have to lower the tone don’t you. But she didn’t stop running all the way round so I don’t think so.

21st CM, unfortunately I don’t take after my sister so I too am out of puff after a few hundred yards, in fact just the word run leaves me exhausted.

Corey, she said that too. It was hard.

Englishmum, she was a very cute baby wasn’t she.
