I am so sorry your head feels so bad. My recipe for a really bad headache: one acetaminophen, one aspirin, 1/2 cup strong black coffee, and ice pack on head. Then go to a dark room, shut the door, and lie absolutely still. Rubbishness is not a real word, and if it were, it would never apply to you in any context. Sending soothing headache wishes.
