Blog

Help.

Holly just sent me the following text.

‘Lort’.

I could be wrong, but I think that means LOST.

Nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!

If she isn’t here, or at least is no longer lost by the time I hit publish I will send out a search party of trained woodlice I have primed and ready for any such event.

I know, I know she’s been here before, but she hasn’t been here via the campsite in Derby which we have now abandoned and she’s going to stay here at chez Beaufoix which has me all excited as it means we can stay in and get a little drunk tonight, or maybe a lot.

Yesterday, was fantastic. The Blockheads were amazing and Misses E and M boogied happily in the market square and were soooo good.

These blokes can really play, we were blown away and I’m so glad we made it there, even though a fallen tree across the Nottingham road attempted to thwart us. Bad tree.

We would definitely take Misses E and M again. The atmosphere was amazing, the mixture of people eclectic and nothing beats seeing brilliant musicians playing live and having a fantastic time.

We met up with some of our bezzie mates Lou and Podder and had a lovely meal in a nearby pub before returning to watch The Beat.

HOLL UPDATE

Wait, she’s just gone past, I’m off to see Holl.

See you soon.

Yay.
