Jan of the fabulous Prytz family is hosting this week’s Fun Monday. Sorry I’m late everybody, life sometimes intervenes, but my post will be up later.
LATER:
Jan’s theme for the day was walls. She wanted to know about the walls in our homes – what’s on them, the colours, what we like/don’t like and why.
SO I wandered around my home looking at my walls and I realised there wasn’t anything you’ve not already seen that I could show you. I have walls covered in family photos but as I don’t like to put my kids faces out there too much I can’t show them, even though you would melt at their cuteness and maybe be a little bit sick they are that sweet. So I wracked my brain all day as I had meetings, looked after Miss M, visited the doctor (Miss M has conjunctivitis – niiiice) and tried to catch up on myself.
And I came up with this, one of my favourite walls ever.
Seriously, this is so spectacular it may well become one of your favourites too. It’s sumptuous, fresh, cool, and very, very tasty. And no I am not talking about David Tennant in silk underwear of some kind.
I’m talking about Wall’s ice cream.

To be exact, Wall’s Carte D’or Triple Chocolate Ice Cream. Slurp.
No wonder their logo is a heart.

Happy Fun Monday everybody. If you get chance go and see all the other walls in this weeks group. I bet some will be even tastier than mine.
Oh, and I’m guest posting at the gorgeous, fabulous, witty, honest and just kind of lovely Brillig’s today, so if you can stand a little more of me please go and say hi. If you’ve not read Brillig before you won’t regret it.

Loved your surprise “Wall”. I agree that they do have great ice cream. When ever i see a little ice cream store freezer with the Wall’s emblem and always fall victim. Have a great day and thanks for visiting my blog.

Had to laugh to see you were late with your post … but you couldn’t have been as late as I was today. I love your ‘take’ on Walls … ice cream is ALWAYS a hit with me … though I’ve never heard of this brand in Southern California. I’ll bet (if it’s available anywhere in the USA) that my sister has found it in her travels however. She’s an ice cream fanatic!
Thanks for dropping by mine. Sorry you arrived before the Fun Monday part was up. It took me lots longer to create than anticipated, but I did finally succeed.
Hugs and blessings,

I could totally go for some ice cream right about now!
June 17th, 2008 at 3:25 pm
the ONLY thing keeping me from it is that i have to lose my pound and a half this week so i can get the shiny gold key. then my life will be complete. as far as keys are concerned.
THEN i can have some ice cream. yes, that’s how it works.

Hmmm? I wonder if you didn’t post pictures of your actual walls because you’ve covered them with your collection of Dolly Parton memorabilia? Just a thought.

Hee hee, thanks for all your comments on my walls.
And Ari, how did you know? ;D
