Nothing to see here

Blog

I have nothing, absolutely nothing.

So I have decided to make something up. Okay?

Good.

Today I was run over by a marauding elk. I was wandering past Schmesco, minding my own business when it lept over a passing tugboat and shunted me head first into a pile of marshmallows someone had left carelessly by the wayside.

Needless to say I was a little shocked.

I mean, why the hell didn’t the lazy marshmallow eating harridans use the bin?

Tsk, what is the world coming to?

It’s a sad, sad commentary on the state of the world today.

And I hope the elk’s owners are properly ashamed of themselves for their wanton negligence.

I blame Schmesco. They should keep those Elks under better supervision.

Speaking of marshmallows, did you know that no one here has had a S’more?? Do you guys have S’mores?? If not, ask Holly to make you some. I’m already working on a version using speculoos cause they don’t have graham crackers here.

You know, I could think of worse things to happen than being shunted into a pile of marshmallows.

as long as the marshmallow’s don’t end up in a box of Lucky Charms….
do they have Lucky Charms across the pond where you are at, though?

Momo, no, but she may have borrowed my mind just for a moment.

Corey, yay for the smiles. And marshmallows would probably be quite comfy actually.

Kim they looked ashamed. Their heads were kind of bowed and they wouldn’t meet my eye. The blumming elk wasn’t bothered at all though, git.

Belle, maybe I could sue them?? I mean, they shouldn’t let their elks wander so freely during opening hours.

Lilacspecs, I have never had or heard of a S’more but I want one now. I will google them, then get Holl to make me one definitely, or I might surprise her and make her one.

AOJ, you could be right, but think of the shame and embarrassment, sighhh.

Mie, we do have Lucky Charms I think, but I have never tried them or bought them for my kids. I’m a mean mummy. ;)

first, MOMO! ha! i take it as a compliment that you would link me with jo!

second, lilacs, i promise you i will make jo a s’more. although it has been many a year since i have made them myself. but they shall be made.

jo, you just tell the elk-kind that you know me. they are afraid of me after i killed one of their kind in 1994. it was unavoidable, but it was them (him) or me.
yes, tell the elk. then they will think twice before leaving you in such a situation.
