..because he is marrying this girl.
And she is amazing.
And my other brother is darn lucky too ‘cos he married the other girl in this picture 11 years ago.
They are seriously wicked and I love them to bits.
We had the best time. I am tired, my jaw aches from laughing and I have spent so much more money than I should have. So I don’t have the energy to tell you about the stolen underpants, the interesting modelling, the men in togas or the dirty talk.
Today.
But maybe I will tomorrow.
Mr B survived with just one Miss M moment where the following conversation took place.
Miss M: “Daddy, you have two, but Mummy only has one doesn’t she?”
Mr B: “Erm, pardon M?”
Miss M: “You have two Daddy, but Mummy just has one.”
Mr B: “Erm, I don’t know what you mean M.” (Getting a bit nervous now.)
Miss M: “Sighhhh. You have two but Mummy just has one. You have baths and showers, and Mummy only has showers.”
Mr B: “Ohhhhh. Yes, sort of. Mummy sometimes has a bath when you’re in bed.”
Heh heh, it’s good for her to keep him on his toes.
And before you all call me stinky McStinks-Alot (Holly), I shower almost every Tuesday, but baths are a luxury kept for night time only as I bath like I mean it, i.e. wine, books, occasional chocolate. These things must be savoured which they cannot be when there is the possibility of a 7 year old or a 3 year old hammering on the door demanding to know what I’m doing, how long I’ll be and if they can get in too.
So now I am off to bed as tomorrow is Miss M’s first ever Sport’s Day, Miss E’s dress rehearsal for a school production she is in next weekend that will be attended by a certain lady who is coming to play, then after school they both have parties at two separate venues. I am so lucky I have my fabulous mum to help until Mr B gets home.

Isn’t she lovely?
Night night.

He does look pretty damn lucky.
I’m glad you love their spouses!
Ah lucky you too because Your brothers married/are marrying women you love too! It makes family gatherings so much more enjoyable.

Hugs and blessings,
They look great fun, but my favourite bits have to be the Miss M moments. Pure class.
Looks like a fun night out! Next time you’re in Manchester you’ll have to pop by for a cuppa!
Maria, he is the luckiest. She is so funny and lovely and fabulous and she brings out the best in him.
Groovy mom it really does. We just all chill and chat together and there’s always laughing.
LOL Holl. We’ll be all of those, and then sleepyMcsnoresalot.
Kim it is the best thing isn’t it. I have been so lucky. My sister’s man is lovely too. That’s 3 for 3.
Storyteller thanks. We are very lucky.
Crazycath, she keeps us on her toes, hee hee. I’m just so glad I get the chance to write it all down, otherwise it would be so easy to forget it all.
Lindy it was great. Manchester is looking fabulous. We went to the Trafford Centre for an hour and I couldn’t believe how posh it was.
