Blog

Tonight we have an exciting job to do.  It is one of those jobs everyone loves.

Like being the Certified Taste Tester For Green & Blacks;

or being Official Petter of Tiny Lovely Fluffy Baby Animals;

or being ‘The Person Who Helps Dress/Undress David Tennant’, because Dr Who can’t dress himself you know, it’s a Timelord thing.

Cough.

So what is it we will be doing?

We’ll be sorting washing and putting away a mountain of clothes.

So yeah I lied.

But it made you wonder just for a minute right?

    You know it’s funny. I have this exact same task on the agenda for this evening. I cannot tell you how not excited I am to wade around through piles of clothing. It seems a never-ending chore. Ah well, I’ll just have to listen to some radio or an audio book while doing it. Good luck with yours.

    I hate laundry… but I can always dream of Doctor Who while I do it…

    You have to admit that there is something endearing about folding little girls clothes, though, don’t you think? They are so cute and small and I do miss that about doing laundry. And hoping I got all the stains out!

    Ian, we chickened out, so we’ll have to do it tonight instead. :( Hope you got yours done though. And good idea about the audio book. I’ve never used them but a friend of mine swears by them. I may have to invest in some. :D

    Cami that’s what I do. Dream of Dr Who. Sighhhhh.

    Boisterous Butterfly, that is true. And they’re still small enough bot to have to iron most of them. I loved sorting their baby clothes though, they were soooo tiny. Smile.

    I snorted tea thru my nose. Glad it was warm and not iced…it would have hurt…I have laundry to be folded, too and can’t talk the cats into folding it, so pop over and help me out, there’s a pal…

    Akela, that is nothing. However, I am lucky as Mr B is chief ironer in our house. :D

    Sandi, oh that could have been very unpleasant. And I would be over there in a minute if I had the airfare, I swear that’s all that’s stopping me. :D

    I have to say that this week I left my laundry in the baskets so long that my hubby finally folded and put it away. That usually means it’s been too long. I do find that if I crank really loud music, the more enjoyable a task it seems to be.
