I’m tucking Miss M into bed having just read The Monkey Puzzle Tree to her, when Mr B pokes his head round the door.
Mr B: “Can I have a great big enormous goodnight kiss M?”
Miss M: “You can kiss my ar…m, Daddy.”
I bite my bottom lip as I stifle a grin, while Mr B stoops to kiss our little monkey’s head, his eyebrows raised in mock horror.
Mr B: “I thought you were going to say something else then M, heh heh.”
Miss M: “And kiss my bum bum Daddy.”
Me: “Mwaaa ha ha ha.”

Dumdad, blimey that’s a blast from the ast. ‘Bum bum.’
FT Woman, the pub by the sound of it, but I swear it was just a coincidence. She tends to use the word ‘bum’ every 2.5 seconds. I’m hoping it’s an age thing.
Akela, that’s one word for her.
Corey, she’s like her mum. ;D
Tim, I know.

This seems to be that old “Nature versus Nurture” chestnut. Given her parents, I’m going with nurture.
