Today I have sick children. Miss E has a temperature of 38.6, Miss M’s is hovering around the 39+ mark. So we are having a day of cuddles and warm milk and Medised. Miss M especially is feeling very yucky, so much so that she is still in pjs and Fifi dressing gown at 4.30am and has even refused the weird marshmallow/wafer things Grandma always buys, Pink ‘n Whites, which I think are vile but my kids usually love.
In trying to find a picture I discovered they have their own website which is hilarious and yet kind of cool, it’s so kitch. It seems they have some kind of cult following, heh heh.
Have you ever tried them?
I think they taste like very sweet cardboard. But maybe it’s just me.
Right, I have to go as we’ve got to a sad bit in the heffalump movie so I need to snuggle my damp eyed 3 year old. Still slowly catching up on you all so if I’ve not got to you I will soon, I promise.

sorry your girls aren’t well.
question….when did Miss M start “getting” the sad parts of movies? this just happened for Sugar about 2 months ago. It is pitiful to see her cry at the sad parts now.

I’ve never even heard of them, but they have a pretty package!

I hope the babies are over their illnesses soon! Nothing sadder than the sad bit in the Huffalump movie than the babies being ill and unable to enjoy their pink and whites!
hugs

i don’t think i like sweet cardboard. i do like it as a swearword, though :
“sweet cardboard that’s just awful!” i’d say.

Oh, doll. I hope everyone is feeling much better now.

Hope the kiddles are feeling better. OMG those things are DISGUSTING! Cardboard is exactly what they taste like and they suck out every last bit of moisture in your mouth! For some strange reason I bought a pack not too long ago. I took one bite almost hurled (but couldn’t because all the spit had left my mouth) and threw them in the bin.

Mie, yep, terrifying. Bleurghhhhhhhhh.
Corey, a few months ago. She cried at Lion King so I cried too. It’s so awful.
Jen, looks can be deceiving hon. Yack.
Sandi, they’re much better now thanks. Sadly the pink n whites haven’t improved.
Holl, hee hee. I love you.
Momo, they’re much better now thanks hon. I’m planning on hibernating with them till Christmas so they’re completely well.
Lindy they are just vile aren’t they? Shiver. But my kids like them. I’m hoping they’ll grow out of it.
Kim, I always like to find the up side to stuff, hee hee. And chocolate covered pomegranate sounds, well, interesting??
