Miss M and cousin ME are playing in my mum’s conservatory alongside Miss E and baby J.
I sit close by but not so close that they feel I might be watching as Miss M and cousin ME are at that very independent ‘all grown ups smell’ age.
Miss M: ”Do you want some dinner J?”
Baby J: ”Mmmmm….yesh.”
Miss M hands her big cousin a bowl and cousin ME carefully ladles something obviously liquid, but very invisible, into the red plastic receptacle. Then she turns to her 2 year old sister…
Cousin ME: ”There you are J-bo. Poisonous soup. Drink it up.”

i had to go take a pee really badly, but unfortunately decided to read this first.
i no longer have to pee.
i now have to clean the couch.
ALSO, you should know that i was handed real poison by a 6 year old yesterday. yes, the silicon from a shoe box. niiice.

I used to have my sister taste all sorts of REAL foods when we were kids, and after she swallowed them tell her they were poison.

I’d watch that little ME if I were you. Don’t leave her alone in the kitchen…and if you’re at all worried, get the slugs to taste it first.
