She’s ok. Mild concussion but they let her home late last night. What a day. Thanks everyone. We’re off to see her after I pick Miss M up from nursery. I am so relieved. I will be taking flowers and cake for her mummy and a little something for her. Stuff like this makes you realise how much you love them.

Really glad she’s OK.
I had concussion when I was 5 and had to spend the night in hospital. My only memory of it was watching The Wind In The Willows.

Thank goodness for that. Must have been horrible for you all, but as long as there is cake at the end of the tunnel, it is all good.

At least the school called her parents. When I was 6 I ran face first into a basketball pole and lost consciousness for a few seconds and all they did was make me lie down in the nurses office and take a nap. Yes, they made a child with head trauma go to sleep.
But glad to hear she’s okay. I hope she’ 100% soon!

glad to hear she is okay, Jo. Kids have hard heads on purpose, I think its God’s way of letting us live until we’re grown….

Poor little poppet, I am sure she was very frightened … but no where near as much her mummy.

Oh my! I’m so glad she’s okay. She’ll need to be careful as she gets older though. I had a concussion when I was 15, which wasn’t too bad, but then I had another one last year and I had a real hard time functioning. My doctor says the more you have, the worse it gets. I feel like I should walk around with a helmet on my head at all times now.
Anyway, SO relieved that everything is fine.
