Partied Out

Well we survived hen night number one…

I love my sis.

And Miss M seemed to enjoy her party.

As did the phantom chocolate button nicker.

And she even managed to blow out all four of her candles, which  is quite a feat for Miss M as in general she only seems to be windy from, erm, the other end.

Now all I have to do is find room for all her loot, and then catch up on some sleep.

..forty lively kids, a 3.30am bedtime and a bit of a sore head aren’t really a good mix.

All that loot! She isn’t spoiled one little bit, is she? She must feel like a princess with a very good fairy godmother. 40 Kids are very many children. I don’t think I could ever be up to that. I’d have a nervous breakdown just from the amount of noise. But then again, you are still young and flexible and you probably bounce back well, even after a good hen night.

Any of those delicious looking cakes left Jo?

And, ‘hen do number one’, quality. Reminds me of a very happy, and hectic, time in my life.

How do they see out of those opaque eye thingies .. you could have used a sack like Michael Jackson uses in his kids .. or you could have .. never mind …

Sybil, I’m feeling it today. Yawn.

Mrs Patient it was VERY long, but it went well and nobody fell off the bouncy castle or anything so it was a success. I have to admit I’m glad it’s over though. :D

Maureen, I don’t know if it’s brave or ’stupid’. Early bath and bed for me I think. :D

Laura, we haven’t got them all out of their packaging yet. I’m thinking of putting some to one side to use as bribes….

Susanna, am loving the snow. The London hen weekend is next weekend so we didn’t go far this week, just into town. It brought back a few memories of our youth . :D

Finely Tuned Woman it was a lot. I don’t think we’ll do it again, but it was fun and she did feel like a very lucky little girl.

Single Parent Dad those were the last few out of fifty and we threw those in the end as they were all button free and had been man handled a little. And yep, my hen nights seem an eon ago. My sis waited for a pretty fantastic bloke so we’re all very happy.

Sandi, January babies are wonderful, as are August ones. :D Hope you’re all well.

Daryl, they’re like those special car windows. They can see out but on one can see in. ;D

Akela, all the parents helped and my family are brilliant so we had a lot of support.

Corey it was easier than it sounds. We had space, toys, and parents. I wouldn’t want to do it every day though. :D

i don’t think in all my 38 years i’ve known 40 children ever! how did you get a large group of them all together like that? you should have made them do synchronized somethings. but quietly.
