Cheer and Cheesecake

Blog

We just got back.  I have two very tired children and am feeling a little on the sleepy side myself.  Yawn.
So it’s early bed and hopefully sleeeeeep, though I will miss the gorgeousness that has been or boudoire for the last two nights.

Isn’t it amazing?  I’ve never stayed anywhere like this before.  (Well except the Ritz, but that’s another story.)

I have so much to tell you, but noticing all the mistakes in last night’s post I have decided to wait until I am bright and fresh and boingy to share it.

One thing I must share with you is the cake.  This is not the best photograph, but you’ll get the idea.  They served it later with Port, Brandy, biscuits and crusty bread.  Confused?

Well it was a cheesecake.

Yum.

Hope you’re all ok.  I’ll be on the catch up rounds again soon.  I can’t wait to see what you’ve all been up to.

What a cool idea! I love seeing unique wedding stuff. Mostly cause I need inspiration for ours.

That is indeed a lovely room. Just look at those sumptuous drapes. Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. (And that goes for the cheese as well.)

Lilacs I loved it too, and it was very tasty. :D

Susan it was just stunning, absolutely stunning. And the cheese was yummy.

    Thalia’s Child, it was. :D

Daryl, isn’t it cute? And we had such a good time. I’m so proud of my sis for doing things her own way.

Sandi, yum, ritz crackers, hee hee.

Kim, oh it was too good my sweet. And it was just what we needed to go with the dancing.

Karisma, I know. Cheesecake. Slurp. :D

Tawny it was. We are all so tired but it was worth it. It seems mad that it’s over but for them it’s just beginning. :D
