Blog

Can’t stop.  Tomorrow is my sister and her lovely hubby’s party, and then the family are off to Center Parcs for the weekend.  So Thursday will be a mad day as I have to take the girls to school and nursery, then go to Fitball – because I exercise now don’t you know?  (It’s hilarious.)  Then I need to pick up Miss M from Nursery, get home, shower, skim tidy Chez Beaufoix as we have another valuer coming, then shop for food and a Mother’s Day gift, pick up Miss E from school, feed the girls and get all glammed up for the party.

Phew!

My brain is extremely fuzzy at the moment so I am writing a ton of lists (like the one above), just to keep on top of stuff.  It’s mostly working.  Mostly.  ;D

My house is very tidy what with the valuers coming, in fact, I cleaned our front door for the first time in six years.  It looks, erm, lovely, in a doorish kind of way.  But keeping busy is good….which is probably why I spent an eon on facebook doing quizzes last night.  I had a night where I needed ‘busy but brain dead’, but I am proud to say that I know my local pubs well, as well as bands/films from the 80s, sweets, chocolate and body parts, and one of my bezzie mates.  Sighhhhh.  I have talent.

So if you’re having a quiet moment tomorrow, and when I say quiet, I mean dull, then take a minute to envisage me running round like a headless chicken, attempting to keep a house tidy while a 4 year old attempts to create one great big playground, and falling off a big rubber ball in a room with mirrors all the way along one wall, while the moustachioed  one legged man looks on smugly because his balance is so much better than mine.

Sighhhhh.

Or think about the cuteness of this…

You sound extremely busy, too busy to be unhappy, anyway. That is good. I hope you keep going at this pace, Jo. It will keep you out of harm’s way. You just need a little breather now and then.

Our front door could do with a quick wipe over, if you’re in the area…

Woman. You are amazing. I just caught up. Very sorry to hear about Mr B and yourself, but as you said, I’m sure it’s best.

Stay strong. Find your tunes. Love your kids and self.

I’m smiling for you. Heres to the future!
