I need a car.
It doesn’t need to be a big one.
Or a posh one.
Just you know, a car. I’m really not too fussy.
As long as it’s got wheels, doors, windows, and an engine and all those other bits cars need to make them go.
As long as it keeps the rain out and the kids in.
As long as it’s safe.
It can make odd noises or shoot randy camels out of the exhaust pipe and I wouldn’t mind.
I just need a car.
Oh, and not a green one ok? I had a bad dream as a kid about a green car and my family haven’t bought one since. It was a really bad dream

Yes, a car certainly comes in handy especially when you have kids to ferry about.

I want a car.
I want a Merc
But a BMW will do
It doesn’t have to be a big one
But it has to be safe
And very very posh.

Funny you not wanting a green car. One of my blog friends only likes green and even after hers went off the road, she wanted another green one! Can’t say I blame you though. I have great faith in those dreams!

Actually, green cars are meant to be unlucky. I read that somewhere. Probably poppycock but still. We have a blue car.

I hope you find yourself an economically and environmentally friendly little car that gets the three of you where you need to go safely and that does not cost you an arm and a leg to buy. Good luck, I hope you find something suitable soon and I hope it is a sound little car that will last you a few years and not need all sorts of visits to the garage. I hope you take a man shopping with you. It helps.

If you lived here I’d take you car shopping and get you a great deal. I am on my second car in 9 years, and both were gotten WAY under the list price. You have to know how to make a stand against those pushy salesmen! My little Toyota is dove grey and although it does need some repairs currently, runs nicely and as of October, will be entirely paid off!!! Wheeeee!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Jo
Thanks for telling everyone about the carnival over at mine!
I want a ’self cleaning’ car! My kids take a right mess in the back seat and a few weeks ago the toddler spilt milk into the upholstery and it smelled like a small animal had crawled into the car and died it was so bad.
I hope you get your car soon!
