Pippa you’re right. Even chocolate cannot touch the pain of exercise.
Domestic Goddesque, hee hee, that’s what happens with my treadmill. It’s more of a clothes hanger really. If it was Tracey Emin’s it would be considered art. Tsk.
Expat Mum, you’re (ouch) right (ouch). But it’s a good pain right??
Susan, omg it did. But I am glad we went and we’re booked in for next week.

I know the pain you are in and I suffer with you. Chocolate doesn’t make it feel better btw.

Chocolate may not help with the physical pain but it definitely helps with the mental joy.
Maybe your fitball will get a mysterious puncture?

I curse my fitball (and bottom) every day. Mainly when it gets in my way whilst I am trying to find something in the spare room

It’ll probably be even worse tomorrow! The pain that is.

Oooh. That is the sort of pain that lingers. But you can be proud of yourself, for at least it came of hard work.
