I am so NOT the villain, tsk

Alas I have created a monster.  Having taken Misses E and M to two pantos recently, it seems my smallest child has found yet another tool with which to torment and malign me.  Seriously that kid is too cheeky.

It’s bath time.  In fact it’s the end of bath time.  You know, the ‘check conditioner is all out, grab a towel and drag a protesting child out of the bath’ time.  But instead of the usual shrieks of;

“Mummy NO.”

“5 more mimits”  (Not a spelling mistake but how my 4 year old pronounces ‘minutes’)

“I’m not your friend unless you let me play a bit longer Mummy’.

I get,

“Hissssssssssssssssssss.”

Me:  ”Are you being a snake M?”

Miss M:  ”Hisssssssssssssssssss.  Boooooooooooooooo.”

Me:  ”Are you booing me M?  Am I the villain?”

Miss M:  ”What’s a villain Mummy?”

Me:  ”The baddie babe.  Like in Jack and the Beanstalk.”

Miss M: “Boooooo.  Hisssssssssssssssss.  Boooooo.  Giggle.”

Tsk.

I shall have my revenge.

Mwah ha ha haaaaaaa.

P.S.  See my review of Aladdin here , and watch this space for a review of Nottingham Theatre Royal’s Jack and the Beanstalk.  Both part of Have a Lovely Time’s ‘The Great British Panto’ feature.
