This is yesterday’s post. Because I had reasons to be cheerful yesterday, but I erm, forgot to press publish. The body is a little more willing but the brain is still being a bit of a git. So, this is yesterday’s post today, and later there may be today’s post today, unless my brain plays further tricks due to weird dreams about snakes in a sleeping bag (which will probably soon be made into a film), and then you might get today’s post tomorrow. Ok? Good.
Reasons to be Cheerful Part II
Dinner at Mum’s
Coffee at Rosie Scribble’s
Cuddles from small people
and the following conversation…
IJ and Miss M enter the room bedecked in Disney Princess finery and enormous grins.
Miss M: ”We are getting married.”
Me: ”Oh, are you both going to marry a handsome prince?”
Miss M: ”No, we’re sharing.”

Half a husband. What a good idea. Hang on – the Ball & Chain is “out of town” for four days. Hmmmm.

I quite fancy sharing a handsome prince too. Just think, you could have all the perks without any of the tedious royal duties…..I bet Kate Middleton would like that.

Awww. Thanks for the mention, Jo. It is always a reason to be cheerful when you come round, expect this morning when I discovered you had left me just two drops of milk.
xx

The girl keeps getting married to the boy “so I can tell him what to do”. He’d probably like to be shared with someone else – a bit less bossy!
Glad you’re still finding reasons.

Now THATS what I call a sensible arrangement. I’m for sharing a prince too. As for cuddles with small people… just the best. My Youngest wraps his arms right round my neck. Heaven. Now off to Rosie Scibbles!
