Must buy Miss M a kettle

Blog, review

I often wonder about the time my girls will decide to spread their wings.  I imagine them as tall as me, Miss M possibly taller.  Young, head-strong, ready to take on the world.   Small pristine ships about to set sail.

I think of them building a home for themselves.  Will they rent or buy?  Have a mish-mash of cobbled together make-do furniture or go for the minimalist look (ie a couple of bean bags) until they can afford that gorgeous leather sofa and Tiffany lamp?

Will they save money by coming round to mine for tea on a nightly basis?

Raid my fridge?

Steal, I mean, liberate my ginger biscuits?

Always as I’ve pondered these questions I’ve taken comfort in the fact that these days are some years away for us.  Miss E is ten and Miss M five, so that’s at least another eight to ten years right?

WRONG!

You see, well, Miss M has moved out.  She no longer resides with myself and her sister, but has her own property.  And worse still, I am not even allowed to visit in case I “break it with your big bottom Mummy”.

Tsk.

Anyway, here it is, Chez Miss M

So thanks lovely people at Tube Town.  If it weren’t for the fact that this is a fab pop up toy that inflates and deflates in less than a minute, can be used indoors or outdoors, packs down into a small bag and comes with its own pump,  (and breath) I’d be cursing you for the premature domestic independence of my 5-year-old.

But as it’s so lovely, I’ll let you off.

For more info on these gorgeous tube town inflatable playhouses head to Toys R Us and Amazon.  And to see just how quick and easy they really are to put up, watch the youtube clip below.

We were given this fab Disney Princess Castle to review.  Thanks very much Ninja Corporation.

It’s been a real hit in our house Kirsty, and it packs down sooo small. I recently bought her a blow up table and stools from Home Bargains for a fiver and it fits in perfectly too. :D
