WH Smith has been the only book shop in my hometown for a loooong time. While other stores have come and gone, WH Smiths has remained. It has moved a couple of times, but we still have it, and it has that aura of quality that comes with longevity and selectivity.
As Miss E and many of her girlie mates have Summer birthdays I’ve often found myself buying them fab stationery as gifts, because well, let’s face it, girls tend to love pretty stuff. But this year especially it’s been a winner as E is about to embark on that ‘everyone must wear the same uniform, have sensible shoes, a dark coat and bag, discreet hair-dos and absolutely no distinguishing features whatsoever’ experience that is Secondary School, so the only way to exhibit your personality without drawing unwanted attention from over zealous teachers has to be your choice of pencil case and of course its contents.

So it gives me great pleasure to announce that I have two back to school goody bags full of all things stationery cool for the discerning boy and girl up for grabs. From smart pens to playing the detective with a cool moleskine notebook, there’s something for all.

As a stationery tart I can honest say Kieran would love a boy bag for me to moon over (that’s pretty sad isn’t it? :p ).
