This face is cute.

I mean, how could you not love it?
But stick it on a bag…

And it becomes something more.
In fact, it has moved me to rhyme.

Oh beauteous shopper I love you I do
All shiny and smart and so splendidly new
A treat for a Mummy who has a new job
with a face and some feathers ( I might call it Bob)
I adore your sweet beak, and your wings and your ears
And your bright button eyes almost move me to tears
And while others might think you’re a rather odd style
I love you my owl bag, you make-a me smile

Sighhhhhh, I know, I have bag-poetry talent! But you see, I love it. It’s all new and all mine and a little bit designer, and I have to thank the lovely folks at ‘Fuel your Fashion Online’ aka FYFO, who offered me the chance to pick any item from their very cool website in exchange for a review!
To be honest, fashion sites often scare me, but this one is friendly and easy to use while still being tres chic. There are so many gorgeous things I could have picked, like these fab Marco Tozzi boots or these very cute T.U.K court shoes, but then I saw my lovely Irregular Choice bag and my heart was gone.
Here are some other things about fyfo.co.uk that I also like:
- It’s mainly bags and shoes
- They give money to charity with every purchase
- There are some fab designer names but at great prices (better than some brands own sites)
- Standard delivery is FREE and VERY fast
- They cater for men, women and kids and seem to have really gone out of their way to find interesting things
- You can recommend your own fab finds for them to feature
Sounds great right?
I’ll certainly be shopping there again and a certain owl-loving 11-year-old now has her eye on this – the August birthday list has begun!

Love the owl bag! I’ve been fancying an owl cushion, but a bag…mm… a re-think is in order!

Maybe you could do both?
Miss E loves owls so might need to quizz you about the owl cushion.

That’s a great bag and a good poem to introduce it with. I may have to go have a look at that website, strictly out of curiosity of course.
