There is that pinched feeling, that nip in the air that comes only with dark autumn nights, the prelude to a cold winter.  Trees, having lost the shelter of their leaves, shiver forlornly casting long reaching shadows beneath the glare of a ghost white moon.

It is a night ripe for mischief, ripe for ghosts and ghouls, and for the little people, those eerie creatures that enter our hearts, our minds and our souls, and never relinquish their grip.
